FreeQAs respects the intellectual property rights of others. According to the DMCA, FreeQAs will respond promptly if a site copyright infringement claim as described below is submitted to FreeQAs's copyright agent. After receiving notice of alleged copyright infringement, FreeQAs will take whatever action it deems appropriate to the extent it determines, including the removal of allegedly infringing material and the termination of access to copyrighted content by repeat infringers.

If you believe that FreeQAs or any third party who uploads material to our site has infringed your intellectual property rights, please provide the following information to the copyright agent designated below:

1. Description of the copyright work or other intellectual property rights that you claim to have been infringed;
2. Description of the infringing material's location on the site;
3. The address, phone number and email address that we can contact you with, or if different, the email address that the alleged infringing party (if not FreeQAs ) can contact you with;
4. A statement that you sincerely believe that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner or other intellectual property owner, their agent or by law;
5. You represent that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner of copyright or intellectual property or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner under penalty of perjury;
6. Your electronic or physical signature.

FreeQAs may request more information before removing any allegedly infringing material. If FreeQAs removes allegedly infringing material, FreeQAs will immediately notify the person responsible for Posting such material that FreeQAs has removed or denied access to the material. FreeQAs may also provide the person in charge with your email address so that the person can respond to your allegations.
